Es Molí den Bou is a jewel for lovers of the history and architecture of Mallorca.
The mill dates from the 14th century and is built on Roman ruins.
A large comprehensive reform has been carried out in 1994 and different elements have been reformed. At this time it needs reform.
The central building is distributed over two floors, there are four central vaulted rooms, in addition there are two other vaulted rooms connected to the main rooms.
